ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS

  1. The accommodation facility marked as Dubno Eat & Sleep P.Jilemníckeho 789, 018 51 Nová Dubnica is prepared by the company Apollo s.r.o, based in J.Kollára 696/11, 018 51 Nová Dubnica, ID no: 50026402 (registered under §4 of the VAT Act) (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") can be accommodated by a guest who has ordered accommodation and related services and is duly registered for accommodation (hereinafter referred to as "Guest"). For this purpose, the Guest is obliged to present his/her ID card, passport or other valid identification document to the Hotel receptionist upon arrival at the Hotel, to fill in and sign the Guest Registration Card and, in the case ofin the case of a Guest staying at the Hotel for the first time, present his/her payment card for the purpose of possible withholding of funds in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions issued by the Hotel and published on the website www.The registration card of a Guest who is not a citizen of the Slovak Republic also contains the information necessary to report the stay of a foreigner on the territory of the Slovak Republic.

2. The Hotel provides its Guests with accommodation, catering, congress services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") according to the category of accommodation facilities on the basis of the Decree of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic No. 277/2008 Coll, establishing classification marks for accommodation facilities when classifying them into categories and classes.

3. In order to protect their health and safety, guests are obliged to inform the Hotel reception upon their arrival about their possible health problems/handicaps, so that they can be provided with adequate and timely medical assistance, if necessary. special treatment during evacuation and other unexpected events. In case of reasonable need (injury or illness of the Guest), the Hotel will arrange for medical assistance, with any charges associated with the provision of medical care to be borne by the Guest at his/her own expense.

4. The Hotel may in exceptional cases, in particular if the room has a technical fault, meaning that such technical fault prevents the Guest from fully enjoying the room, and forthe Hotel does not have the spare capacity to move the Guest to another room, the Hotel may offer the Guest accommodation other than that agreed upon, provided that it is not substantially different from the accommodation agreed upon between the Hotel and the Guest.

5. The Guest is obliged to report to the Hotel's reception any possible shortcomings, discrepancies or reservations immediately upon moving into the room. The Guest is obliged to do the same if he/she discovers any damage to the room or its inventory. In the event that the Hotel's staff discovers damage to the room or its inventory after the Guest's stay has ended without the Guest having brought these facts to the attention of the Hotel's reception, the Guest shall be obliged to compensate the Hotel in full for the damage to the room or its inventory.

6. The Guest may be accommodated from 14:00, in exceptional cases, in accordance with the GTC, even earlier, if this has been agreed in advance or the current situation in the Hotel upon the Guest's arrival at the accommodation allows it.

7. The Guest is obliged to vacate and leave the room on the agreed day no later than 10:00 a.m. of the agreed day of departure from the accommodation, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the Hotel. The Hotel provides late check-out services, so-called Late check out, for which it charges fees according to the GTC and according to the current Price List of the Hotel valid at the time of late check-out (hereinafter referred to as the "Price List"). In case the Guest does not leave his/her room by the specified hour, he/she does not have an extended stay and the room is reserved for other guests, respectively. If the Guest does not obey the Hotel's staff's request to check out or is not present in the room, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest forthe two-member committee to take a list of the Guest's personal belongings and place them in a safe place so that the room can be occupied subsequently by the Guest who has duly booked it.

8. If the Guest requests an extension of the accommodation, the Hotel may also offer him/her another room than the one in which he/she was originally accommodated.

9. Other conditions for cases of No show, Early check out, Early check in, or accommodation of the Guest before 7.00 a.m. are specified in the GTC.

10. Guests are obliged to observe the night-time curfew between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Social events are allowed after 10 p.m. with the prior consent of the responsible Hotel employee, but only in the Hotel premises designated for this purpose.

11. Guests are not allowed to stay in the room or other areas of the Hotel without the consent of the responsible Hotel employee or the relevant manager.Manager of the Hotel, to move the equipment, to make modifications, to make any interventions in the electrical network and other installations.

12. Smoking in the hotel rooms and in all other indoor areas of the Hotel is an exampleexcept in areas specifically reserved for this purpose and marked with an appropriate sign. In case of violation of the smoking ban and related damage, the Hotel may impose a penalty of at least 100,- € (in words: one hundred euro), up to a maximum of the amount of the damage caused.

13. Consumption of own alcohol and food in all areas of the Hotel is prohibited, with the exception of the consumption and preparation of special food for infants. The above prohibition also applies to the consumption of food from the delivery service.

14. The Guest acknowledges that a Hotel employee enters his/her room when necessary (e.g.: housekeeper for cleaning his/her room, maintenance man for room breakdowns, manager for room check-ups, etc.). If the Guest does not wish to enter, he/she shall display a "DO NOT ENTER" card on the outside of his/her door, in which case entry is also possible if necessary and required by the urgency of the situation (e.g., if the Guest does not wish to enter, he/she may enter the room. The entry must be made only if it is necessary to enter the room, if the emergency requires it, if there is a threat of an accident, if there is a violation of the conditions of accommodation, if there is a disturbance to other guests, if there is a need to deal with a complaint, etc.).

15. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under ten years of age in the room or in other areas of the Hotel without adult supervision.

16. The common areas of the Hotel are available for the reception of Guests. In the room where the Guest is staying, the Guest may receive visitors from 08:00 to 22:00. Only with the consent of the responsible receptionist of the Hotel, and this fact must be reported to the responsible receptionist prior to the arrival of the visitor. Outside the tent hours, only properly accommodated Guests are allowed to enter the accommodation area of the Hotel.

17. Before leaving the Hotel room, the Guest is obliged to turn off the taps, turn off the lights in the room and adjacent areas of the room, turn off the electrical appliances, close the windows and balcony doors and close the entrance door to the room.

18. Jewellery, money and other valuables are the responsibility of the Hotel if they have been taken by the Hotel on receipt for special safekeeping in the safe at the Hotel reception and in accordance with the GTC.

19. The Guest shall be liable for damages caused to the Hotel's property in accordance with applicable law and the relevant provisions of the GTC.

20. The Hotel shall not be liable for items that the Guest has forgotten or lost in the room or common areas of the Hotel during his/her stay. Lost and forgotten belongings of the Guest are registered and stored in the Hotel for a period of 6 months from the date of their discovery. At the end of this period, the Hotel will hand over items of apparent value to the local Lost and Found Department. Only if requested by the Guest, the Hotel will send the forgotten item to the Guest, in which case the Guest will be responsible for the cost of sending the item.

21. on the protection, promotion and development of public health and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act on the Protection of Public Health"), bringing and allowing animals into all catering establishments of the Hotel is prohibited. The movement of animals on the Hotel premises is also prohibited.

22. Guests are not allowed to store sports equipment (e.g. skis, etc.) and other items for which there is a storage room or ski room in separate areas of the Hotel.

23. In the event of a breach thereof or in the event of a breach of good manners and/or ethical principles, the Hotel has the right to warn the Guest by means of the so called.

"In the event of non-compliance with the Guest's notice, the Hotel shall be entitled to withdraw from the provision of services before the expiry of the agreed time. In this case, the Guest is not entitled to a refund for the services. In case of violation of the Accommodation Regulations by the Guest, the Hotel reserves the right not to accommodate the Guest in the Hotel in the future.

24. Complaints, complaints, requests and suggestions for improvement of the Hotel's operations are received by the responsible Hotel employee. The Complaints Procedure is available at the Hotel reception and on the Hotel's website: dubno.sk

25. In the event of early termination of the Guest's stay, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest cancellation fees according to the applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation conditions apply to other pre-booked services in addition to accommodation services, which are governed by specific cancellation conditions.

26. Guests are obliged to follow these instructions during their stay at the Hotel.

27. For security reasons, the common areas and the external surroundings of the Hotel are monitored by a security camera system in accordance with specific legislation.

28. the personal data provided by the Guests to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the legal conditions for the registration of the Guests will be processed by the Hotel in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. 29. The Hotel Management welcomes any suggestions for improvement and also thanks you for any constructive comments.

30. These Accommodation Regulations are posted at the Hotel reception and in the Hotel's rooms in the Hotel's register.

31. Any deviating provisions of the GTC shall prevail over the wording of these Accommodation Regulations.

Description of accommodation facility.

Number of accommodation units (rooms): 16

Number of beds per accommodation: 32

Type and method of providing accommodation services

The property will be used for accommodation of tourists, visitors, etc. On the individual floors (1.PP,1.NP,) are built accommodation units with a capacity of 2-4 persons. There are 16 accommodation units with 16 permanent beds and 5 occasional beds. The accommodation units are designed as follows:

Room number:

  • No.101- 105 room with hallway, personal hygiene facilities (shower), bedroom (equipped with fridge, wardrobe and table, kettle), 2 beds, pull-out couch for 2 persons, TV, Internet, capacity 2 + 2 persons
  • No.201 - 211- room with an anteroom, personal hygiene facilities (shower), bedroom (equipped with fridge, wardrobe and table, electric kettle), 2 beds, TV, Internet, capacity 2 persons

Each room is equipped with a table, chairs, built-in wardrobe with hangers, bedside lamps at each bed, storage bedding compartment, waste bin, bedding set (pillow with pillowcase, pillowcase with pillowcase, sheet) '

Conditions of operation, health and safety principles for residents and staff

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the establishment. From 22.00 to 06.00 it is quiet at night. Only accommodated guests and persons authorized by the manager may enter the premises.

It is forbidden:

  • Use of own electrical appliances
  • Lighting candles and handling open flames
  • Bringing and keeping any kind of firearms, explosives and chemicals that could endanger the safety of the guests
  • Arbitrarily move furniture in the rooms
  • Bring any pets on the premises

A first aid kit is located on 1PP near the reception area. Contents of the first aid kit:

  • hydrophilic folded sterile gauze 7, 5 cm x 7, 5 cm - 2 pcs
  • finished sterile bandage 6 cm x 5 m - 1 pc
  • patch with pad 8 cm x 4 cm - 4 pcs
  • plain patch 1.25 cm x 2 m - 1 pc
  • disinfectant solution in original packaging - 1 pc
  • eye drops - 1 pc
  • stainless steel scissors - 1 pc
  • stainless steel tweezers - 1 pc
  • disposable rubber gloves - 1 pair
  • stainless steel safety pins (recommended) - 4 pcs
  • thermometer (recommended) - 1 pc

When leaving the room, everyone is required to protect room furnishings from damage, leave in an orderly manner, check lights are off, windows are closed, water is turned off and room is locked, and hand the key to the front desk. In serious cases, when first aid is needed, in case of epidemic disease or repairs, the guest is obliged to notify the Head of Operations.

The building is connected to public utilities (water supply, sewerage, electricity, gas) Hot water preparation, and heating is solved by the central municipal source.

Method of storage and handling of bed linen and frequency of its replacement

  • On the 1st floor there is a storage room for clean and dirty linen. (electric ventilation)
  • Linen, towels and bath towels are changed as required, but at least once every 7 days and whenever there is a change of residents.
  • Laundry is provided by an external company Magnus s.r.o Trenčín on the basis of a contract dated 1.1.2023

Method and frequency of routine cleaning and general cleaning of the accommodation facility

  • Room cleaning is carried out as required, but at least once every 7 days and whenever there is a change of guests.
  • Cleaning of corridors and common areas shall be carried out once a day.
  • Cleaning of personal hygiene facilities shall be carried out once a day.
  • At least once a quarter, general cleaning shall be provided, including washing of windows, doors, lights, dusting of mattresses, washing of heating elements.
  • The cleaning room is located on 1PP and is equipped with a sink.
  • Cleaning will be provided by an external company.
  • Frequency of painting the premises as required (at least 1 time every 2 years
  • Most frequently used means:
    (a) Hagleinter - Sanitary 2go, Allround2GO, SaniteryDES 2go
  • Procedure for ensuring the destruction of animal pests
  • We will outsource the destruction of animal pests to a company professionally qualified to do so (2 cuts per year).

Method of solid waste disposal, frequency of emptying waste bins, cleaning, disinfection

  • Solid waste is stored in the rooms in waste bins which are equipped with a bag. The bins are emptied when the rooms are cleaned. The sack is changed and the old one and the waste are put in the designated place in the KUKA containers.
  • Solid waste collection and disposal is carried out by an external company through the City of Nová Dubnica (1 cut per week).
  • Disinfection of waste containers (Savo at the Chlorine base)

These operating rules enter into force on 1.1.2023
