Children's personal data
We do not intentionally process personal data of persons under the age of 18. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow children to submit personal data without your consent.
Special categories of personal data
Special categories of personal data are data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data relating to health or data relating to sex life or sexual orientation.
We do not process special categories of personal data unless you make it available to us yourself or the processing is necessary under applicable law. The health-related data you disclose to us may enable us to provideto provide you with services according to your preferences (for example, in the case of disability data).
C. How we collect personal information
We collect information, including personal information, when you make it available to us or from third party sites, as follows.
Our website
You have the option to complete an online check-in , where you can provide your personal information. The form also contains a link to our website where you can read our Policy. The completed form is sent to our reception who will process it. The form can also be used for accommodation booking purposes.
Reservations
You have the opportunity to fill in the Reservation form and provide the following personal details: first and last name, age category, or special requirements. The form also contains a link to our website where you can read our Rules. The completed form is sent to our reception who will process it.
You may choose to use a third party website for the purpose of booking. We cannot control how these sites process your personal data. Responsibility for the processing lies with the operators of these websites.
In general, we are provided with data to identify you and booking details (desired services, number of guests, duration of stay). Other information is provided to us during check-in upon arrival at reception.
Personal data is processed and stored only for the necessary period of time, for the duration of the pre-contractual relationship or our legitimate interest.
We are required to process certain data, including your surname, address, payment information and document information in order to process your booking. If any of this information is missing, it may mean that we are unable to process your booking.
Check-in and Check-out
The guest provides us with the information necessary for us to provide them with our services. Personal data is only processed for the necessary period of time, for the performance of the service contract or our legitimate interest.
Other resources
We may obtain data about your IP address, operating system and internet browser that you use when you visit our website.
D. How we use your personal data
We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
To provide you with information and services that you have expressed an interest in or requested from us,
to respond to your requests, questions or complaints,
to notify you of news, events, other updates and new services we provide (see more in the Marketing section below),
send you invitations to seminars or other events (see more in the Marketing section below),
help us with content to make it relevant and appropriate for you,
perform administrative and operational tasks.
We take the utmost care to protect personal data regardless of how it was disclosed to us and ensure that it is protected throughout the processing period. A link to this Policy or even more detailed information (what personal data and how we process personal data) is available in all materials, from the service booking process to guest check-out, and within other services we provide.
E. Retention period of personal data
We retain personal data for the period of time necessary to provide our services. The retention period is longer if the relevant legislation so provides or if another retention period is specified in this Policy.
We will dispose of personal data as soon as practicable and in such a way that it cannot be retrieved.
If the personal data is in printed or written form, we will dispose of these documents in a secure manner (for example, by shredding) and, if they are in electronic form, the personal data shall be destroyed in a technical manner so as to ensure its destruction and so that it is not possible to retrieve the information subsequently.

A data subject is any natural person whose personal data are processed. The data subject shall have the right to:

to require us to rectify or erase personal data,
request us to restrict processing or object to the processing of personal data,
to the portability of personal data,
file a petition with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic to initiate proceedings if he or she believes that his or her rights have been violated in the processing of personal data.

If the data subject receives marketing materials from us, he or she may opt-out of receiving such materials (an unsubscribe link is provided in each such material) or by sending an email to recepcia@dubno.sk
G. Dissemination of Personal Information
We may use personal data to process personal data by third parties who process personal data on our behalf, if necessary.
We have taken all steps to ensure that any such entity maintains the confidentiality of personal data and uses it only for the purpose we have identified. That is, as required by law or for the purpose of protecting rights and legitimate interests.
H. Marketing
The purpose of processing personal data for marketing purposes is: distribution of information about news, events, other current information and new services at Dubno Eat & Sleep
The following personal data is processed: name and surname, email address, and other personal data you provide to us.
We will retain your personal data for a period of five years, or in the case of consent, five years from the date of consent or until consent is withdrawn. Each material sent to us provides a link to unsubscribe from marketing (withdraw consent), also referred to as the "unsubscribe" option.
The legal basis for processing personal data is consent, which in some cases may be the legitimate interest of the controller.
The data subject has the right to:
Request access from us to the personal data we process relating to him or her,

request us to restrict processing or object to the processing of personal data,

If the data subject decides that he/she is no longer interested in receiving marketing materials from us, it will be sufficient to send an email to recepcia@dubno.sk or unsubscribeunsubscribe from our newsletters (a link is provided in each newsletter received) and we will ensure that the email address is deleted from our mailing list for the receipt of marketing materials. Such requests may take up to 10 working days to process.
